  • Jerusalem artichoke flan with Parmesan fondue and toasted hazelnuts.

  • Tortellacci filled with ricotta and artichokes sautéed in butter and lemon zest.
  • Risotto creamed with chestnut honey and brie, with truffle shavings and chestnut crumble.

  • Honey-glazed pork shank on onion and apple cream, accompanied by buttered vegetables.


  • DESSERT
  • Panna cotta with salted orange caramel and hazelnut crumble.

    • Water, wine, coffee, and liqueur. A panoramic midnight toast.
